Service Club Ballfield

A new concessions and restroom building with a central picnic shelter for use at the new Service Club Ballfields in Kent, WA. The complex, located at SE 288th St. and 144th Ave. SE on the East hill of Kent, is a 29 acre site, of which 15 acres are ball fields. Local Kent service clubs have pledged over $140,000 towards the park construction and $37,500 for play equipment. Participating Service Clubs are: Kent Lions Club, Kent Rotary Club, Kent Rotary Sunrise Club, Kirwanis Club of Kent, Meridian Kiwanis Club, Quota International Club and Soroptomist Club.
