West Fenwick Park

After the existing building was burned by an arsonist, a new non-combustible building was completed, encompassing larger restrooms, a picnic shelter and storage for the parks activity. In addition, the building was designed for a green roof to cut down on storm water requirements and to serve as a model for other city park buildings.

"We worked with Dave on several projects in the past 10 years. The reason we kept hiring him on successive projects from Wilson Playfields to Service Club Ballfields to West Fenwick Park is that Dave is able to blend multiple functions into a single building, saving scarce tax dollars, giving us the most functional space within our budget, and a great public building we can be proud of." -Lori Flemm, Kent Parks Superintendent.
